The training service has developed over many years through distinguished and integrated programs provided to the group’s employees at all levels. Mergers and liquidation of companies

The group has a specialized technical department to take over the procedures for merging and liquidating companies at all stages in accordance with the provisions of the law. The department has successfully completed many of these works. In addition, the department undertakes the following tasks:

 

1- Procedures for incorporating money and people companies.

2- Procedures for adjusting, increasing and decreasing capital.

3- Procedures for registering branches of foreign companies.

4- Changing the legal form of companies.

5- Procedures for registering representative offices of foreign companies.

6- Procedures for registration and marketing of securities.

7- Merger procedures between companies.

Accounting and Auditing

This activity is considered a basic area of ​​the office’s work, as the partners in the office contributed to setting the Egyptian accounting and auditing standards currently in force. The audit work carried out by the office includes the following:

1- Analytical study of the client’s activity.

2- Examination of all problems encountered by the facility and their financial and accounting implications.

3- Providing experience and advice in this field.

4- Continuous consultation between representatives of the office and company managers during all stages of the audit and until the preparation of the budget.

 

The office is committed to the local and international technical standards for auditing, which are:

1- Carefully and efficiently plan and develop programs that include consistency with the procedures and controls used in the facility.

2- Using modern technical methods in audit work, such as developing computer programs and systems to achieve the best results.
