The group prepares educational and training curricula in all areas related to the professional activity of the office. The training service has developed over many years through distinguished and integrated programs provided to the group’s employees at all levels. 4- Changing the legal form of companies.

5- Procedures for registering representative offices of foreign companies.

6- Procedures for registration and marketing of securities.

7- Merger procedures between companies.

This activity is considered a basic area of ​​the office’s work, as the partners in the office contributed to setting the Egyptian accounting and auditing standards currently in force. The audit work carried out by the office includes the following:

1- Analytical study of the client’s activity.

2- Examination of all problems encountered by the facility and their financial and accounting implications.

3- Providing experience and advice in this field.

4- Continuous consultation between representatives of the office and company managers during all stages of the audit and until the preparation of the budget.
